Rachel is an appellate attorney, but she also has experience in trial court litigation. She has represented clients in both state and federal court. Rachel counsels with clients to determine the best strategy on appeal. She is passionate about ensuring that trial court proceedings occur without error and that her clients’ rights are protected.

Before joining The Appellate Group, Rachel practiced at a regional firm in Salt Lake City. Rachel also clerked at both the Utah Supreme Court and the United States District Court, District of Utah.

When Rachel is not working on cases, you can often find her reading, building Legos, watching hockey (the Colorado Avalanche), or just outside enjoying the sunshine.
