Mother appeals a juvenile court order declaring Father to be Child’s biological father. The Utah Court of Appeals dismissed Mother’s appeal, holding:
- The court did not have jurisdiction. Mother was required to file a notice of appeal within fifteen days from the entry of the district court’s order to challenge it, but she did not.
- Practice tip: An order granting an intervention motion is not a final order.
