The Utah Supreme Court held:
- The State filed a petition for rehearing after the original opinion was published, reversing the district court’s denial of Defendant’s petition for reevaluation. The court removed section V of the original opinion and replaced paragraph 53. In all other respects, the petition for rehearing was denied.
