(1) Because none of Zen Zone’s issues were preserved, the Court affirmed the district court’s grant of summary judgment in Tripp’s favor without reaching the merits of the issues raised on appeal.
(2) Tripp was entitled to reasonable attorney fees incurred on appeal.
