Funk v. Funk

Funk v. Funk, 2026 UT App 28 (Per Curiam)

Family Law

The Utah Court of Appeals held:

  • Practice Tip: The Uniform Family Law Arbitration Act does not allow for immediate appeals of district court orders confirming a temporary award made by an arbitrator pending resolution of all issues submitted to the arbitrator.
