The Utah Court of Appeals held:
(1) There was no reversible error with respect to unanimity because the State made a clear election of which acts were linked to which count, and the jury was given specific and correct unanimity instructions.
(2) Defendant’s argument that the verdict-urging jury instruction improperly coerced a verdict is unpreserved, and because he invoked no exception to preservation requirement, the Court declined to reach the merits of the issue.
