(1) The district court acted within its discretion in requiring Husband to hire counsel under rule 11 of the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure given Husband’s extensive history of excessive and unprofessional filings and failure to abide by the court’s warnings and prior orders.
(2) The district court acted within its discretion when it rescinded attorney fees award after parties failed to submit fee affidavits.
