Ex-husband contested the way the district court divided the assets as part of his divorce action. The Utah Court of Appeals affirmed the district court’s division of assets, holding:
- The district court did not abuse its considerable discretion in dividing the couple’s assets, because it was under no obligation to speculate about the possible tax implications associated with that division of property.
