- The district court did not abuse its discretion when it excluded certain witnesses from adjudication trial.
- The district court did not abuse its discretion when it denied Mother’s motion for new trial based on trial counsel’s failure to timely disclose unused evidence.
- Post-trial counsel did not provide ineffective assistance by failing to attach evidence to Mother’s new trial motion and by failing to argue specific prejudice.
