Hillam v. Hillam
Hillam v. Hillam, 2024 UT App 102 (Tenney, J.)

On appeal, she raised several challenges to the court’s conclusion division of certain assets in an irrevocable Trust, dissipation of marital assets, and division of a stock payout that Husband received after filing for divorce. - Wife failed to preserve many of the issues relating to the disposition of the Trust.
- The case is remanded for the district court to properly consider two of the five factors of dissipation.
