A group of business entities (Plaintiffs) sued a group of other business entities (Defendants) in 2016, but in 2019 Plaintiffs’ case was dismissed for failure to prosecute. Plaintiffs sued Defendants again in 2020 but took little action to move the case forward. The case was dismissed again. The Utah Court of Appeals affirmed the dismissal, holding:
- Plaintiffs did not justify their delays in prosecuting Defendants to the district court.
